Introduction to Rainwater Harvesting

- Registration: Online registration and payment of $10 per student.
This introductory course will provide you with a “real-world” introduction to Rainwater Harvesting. You’ll learn system design, legal considerations and why you need your own water supply. You’ll learn the basics of installing your own system and how to use your own water supply to save money on your water bill. Although this is an introductory course, students from all backgrounds will get an understanding of how to size and install your own system.
This course will have an advanced follow-up course to help prepare students for a possible career in Rainwater Harvesting. Green Collar Technologies classes are all designed to help folks learn new skills to become self-sufficient and participate in our growing green economy.
