    Organic and locally grown foods are important to mainland USA and can probably be taken advantage of more so in Hawaii. The more products you create and sell within the islands the less you have to spend on shipping. However, even here in Boston we can benefit from locally grown organic food. Its good for your health as well as your wealth.
