Green Collar Technologies – The Fifth 90 Days – 2009

- Started collaborating with the Green Business Consulting Hui to promote Green Business on the island.
- Completed the Hawai`i Island Hazard Preparation Pocket Card with UHHCC
- Large reach (over 12k distribution)

- Hawai`i Island Sustainability Forum (website)
- Hundreds of Hours of Planning and Coordination
- One Night, Five hours of Education
- Twenty Volunteers, Ten Media Professionals
- Nine presenters, Fiftteen Panelists, Tweleve Vendors
- Two-hundred attendees, Five hundred website visits
- Provided entire event model available for free via Creative Commons License
- One Step Closer to a Global Model for Sustainability
- UH-Hilo College of Business and Economics Job and Internship Fair
- Participated in the Student Interviewing and Presentation Skills Workshop
- Participated in the ”Interviewing Skills and Making a Good First Impression” workshop
- HICC – Joined the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce
- HBEA – Joined the Hilo Bay Executives Association
- Participated as a vendor in the University of Hawaii at Hilo Reggae Concert “Water Your Roots”
- Participated as a vendor at the Anti-Drug Rally, concert, skate conten at the Volcano Skate Jam
- Attended the US-China Renewable Energy Meeting at UH Hilo
- Met with Jeffery Greenblatt, Climate & Energy Technology Manager of Google.org
- Met with State Department of Health and Human Services about Green Jobs Training program

- Green Collar Jobs Research and development of the island’s first Sustainable Resources Directory for Hawai`i County Research and Development / Hawaii County Resource Center
- Online Marketing Efforts Keep Getting Better
