ZEVs are becoming more popular. Rising oil prices really make these two Honda efforts seem not only closer to reality but &#8220;appealing&#8221;.</p>
<p>Although the Honda FCX is only being released in So Cal this year. next year, we could see a dramatic increase in adoption in the FCX and other hybrid technologies in mobility.</p>
<p><img class="alignright" style="float: right; border: 0;" src="http://greencollartech.com/wp-content/uploads/honda-energy-station.jpg" alt="Honda Energy Station" width="328" height="220" />Green Collar Workers and investors might be interested in the <a title="Honda Home Energy Stations" href="http://automobiles.honda.com/fcx-clarity/owning/home-energy-station/" target="_blank">Honda Home Energy Stations</a>, the <a title="FCX Engine" href="http://automobiles.honda.com/fcx-clarity/how-fcx-works/motor/">Honda FCX engine</a> and the <a title="FCX Energy Storage" href="http://automobiles.honda.com/fcx-clarity/how-fcx-works/battery/" target="_blank">FCX Energy Storage improvements</a>.</p>
<p>My personal favorite Honda technology is the <a title="Honda EU Generators" href="http://www.hondapowerequipment.com/products/models.aspx?page=models&amp;section=P2GG&amp;category=sq" target="_blank">EU Series generators</a>.</p>
<p>Are you creating a new power technology? Maybe a new robot? Need funding for your R&amp;D project? Check out the <strong>Honda Initiation Grant &#8211; 2008 Call for Proposals</strong></p>

<p><em>Other zero emission vehicle technologies include <a class="mw-redirect" title="Plug-in hybrids" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plug-in_hybrids">plug-in hybrids</a> when in electric mode, <a title="Hydrogen vehicle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen_vehicle">hydrogen vehicles</a> utilizing <a title="Fuel cell" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_cell">fuel cells</a>, <a class="mw-redirect" title="Compressed air vehicle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compressed_air_vehicle">compressed air vehicles</a> typically recharged by slow (home) or fast (road station) electric compressors, <a title="Flywheel energy storage" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flywheel_energy_storage">flywheel energy storage</a> vehicles, <a title="Solar vehicle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_vehicle">solar powered cars</a>, and <a class="mw-redirect" title="Tribrid" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tribrid">tribrids</a>.</em></p>
